While we hope you love your zella abraham products, we understand that returns may occur. zella abraham products may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund provided the product has not been opened and used. To return a product, please send an email to zellaabrahamskin@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to return an item. Please include your name, the item you plan to return and the reason for the return. You will receive a full refund once we have received your returned product. We will refund all qualifying returns within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error.
